Working with a large variety of clients in the company and reporting to the President of Marketing and the Creative Director I mostly self-managed my work for the different companies that lived under the Orange umbrella. I would adapt my work depending on who I was working for with strict adherence to corporate standards. There was France Telecom, Wildfire and of course Orange itself.
It was a great experience as the companies all needed different deliverables and had their own corporate standards that had to be adhered to. So, it never got boring. The main office was an early adopter of open floor plan design with bamboo trees growing in a central terrarium. It was a time of innovation for telecommunications before the iPhone revolution and Orange was pushing the envelope of what was possible with the early flip phone. One of the founders went on to co-found Android.
